Ellie Fuentes, LPC, LCADC, NCC
Founder & Therapist
Clinical Insights was founded to provide children, teenagers and adults with highly specialized treatment in a boutique environment. This practice was built on the belief that for too long, psychotherapy clinics have been sterile, unwelcoming, clinical environments, adding to the stigma surrounding mental health care. We believe it doesn’t have to be this way. We view therapy as one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. Whether you’re hoping to increase your insight or to reduce symptoms of distress, there is space for you here.
My priority is to create a safe, trusting space where we can explore the deeper insights that lead to personal growth and clarity. In our sessions, I encourage you to view yourself from new perspectives, helping you address thoughts and emotions that may have been pushed aside.
Therapy can sometimes be intense, but I believe it should also be genuine, flexible, and even filled with moments of humor. I pride myself on keeping our sessions interactive and engaging, so we avoid falling into the typical “...and how does that make you feel?” routine. I understand that when kids, teens and even adults come to therapy, they might not always have the words to express what they’re feeling—that’s why I use creative, engaging methods like play and humor to help them communicate and explore their emotions in a way that feels natural to them.
My goal is for our time together to be meaningful and dynamic. I aim to be not just a therapist but a trusted confidant, using my professional training to help you identify obstacles and learn effective tools for change. With two clinical licenses and many years of experience, I offer a highly supportive approach that fosters a strong, successful therapeutic partnership.
